2. License Grant & Usage Rights

With an active OmniAura Pro subscription, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the digital products for personal and/or commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute digital products in bulk
• Resell, lease, sublicense, or share access to your Pro subscription with others
• Use our digital products as the basis for a competing service
• Remove or alter copyright, watermark, or attribution notices

3. Anti-Scraping & Content Protection

Our curated product library and software tools are protected intellectual property. You may NOT:

• Use automated scraping, crawling, or bots to collect, index, or download our digital products in bulk
• Bypass download limits or authentication mechanisms
• Use unofficial APIs, scripts, or tools to access content outside normal user flows
• Crawl, index, or mirror our platform for competitive purposes
• Create a derivative database of our digital products

Violation results in: Immediate account suspension, DMCA takedown notices, legal action, and damages.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and templates, is the property of OmniAura Digital or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws and trade secret laws. We actively monitor for copyright infringement and take legal action against violators.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Solicit others to violate these terms
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account

Account Suspension: Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

All digital products and tools are for educational purposes only. We do not provide professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. OmniAura Digital makes no guarantees about investment returns or financial outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNIAURA DIGITAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, rather than in court. Each party waives the right to jury trial. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Email Verification Requirement

To access financial tools, digital products, and full platform features, you must verify your email address. Unverified accounts have limited access.

11. Changes to Terms

OmniAura Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
